After-sales service return process

Contact After-Sales Services

For any after-sales service return, you must imperatively request a return authorisation by email.

By mail

Your email must contain the following information :

  • Part number
  • Return description reason
  • Photos (if possible)
  • Quantity
  • Invoice number
  • Date of sale

Return of products

If the request is accepted, we will send you an authorization number which you will have to fill in the dedicated part of the after-sales form disponible here that you will have to include with the package in addition to the copy of the purchase invoices for the goods.

Acceptance conditions

The buyer has a period of 14 clear days from the delivery of his order to return the product, without penalties except for shipping and return costs. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.

The costs and risks of the return are always the responsibility of the purchaser.

If the return period is exceeded 14 clear days after the delivery date, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to make a reduction of 20% maximum.

Exceptionally, the right of withdrawal will not apply to specific orders, personalised articles or custom-made products and therefore cannot be taken back or exchanged.

Any returned item must be in its original packaging in good condition and protected to support the constraints related to transport.

If the procedure described above is not respected, the return will be refused and the return costs will be at your expense.
